AVEVA Galaxy Plug-In

• AVEVA Mobile Operator is certified with AVEVA Application Server 2023 R2 P01 or later.

• The MXAccess_Runtime license and the ArchestrA license are prerequisites for this plug-in.

• The ArchestrA IDE and Bootstrap must be installed on Client machines to enable Galaxy Tag Browsing feature.

• Configure the 32-bit AVEVA Mobile Operator Client for Galaxy Tag Browsing in Procedure Builder.

System Platform (Galaxy) - System Platform can be used in Single or Distributed environment.

Note: You must be using System Platform 2023 R2 P01 or later.

• Single Environment - You must add the NT Service\ArchestrAUpdate to the aaRuntimeUsers Group.

• Distributed Environment - You must update the account information in the Log On tab of the Mobile Operator ArchestrA Update service from the default NT Service\ArchestrAUpdate to an existing domain user. The domain user must have access to Server folder (<Install Folder>\AVEVA\Mobile Operator\Server) in a distributed environment when connecting to System Platform 2023 R2 P01 or later. You also need to run the following command to reserve URL.

  1. Open the command prompt in Administrator mode.

  2. Enter the following command and update the user information in the <Domain>\<User> part of the command.

     Netsh.exe http add urlacl url=http://+:8080/ArchestrAIntegrationWS user= <Domain>\<user name>

     After running this command, you need to sign into the system where System Platform is installed, and add the user in <Domain>\<user> to the aaRuntimeUsers Group.
