Cut: Deletes the Procedure Instance from its current location and copies it to the clipboard.
This function can also be accessed through the Edit menu, or the hotkey CTRL+X.
Note: Deleting a Procedure Instance that has just been scheduled for the current shift time is not possible, even before the scheduling service runs. If the Instance is part of a Series, select the next occurrence in the series and delete it, selecting "Entire Series" at the delete prompt. If the Instance is a single occurrence only, it cannot be deleted; suspend it instead.
Copy: Copies the Procedure Instance to the clipboard. This function can also be accessed
through the Edit menu, or the hotkey CTRL+C.
Paste: Pastes the Procedure Instance from the clipboard to the currently selected Calendar
Cell.. This function can also be accessed through the Edit menu, or the hotkey CTRL+V.

Note: Cutting, Copying, or Moving Procedure Series is not possible. Please refer to Procedure context menu where these functions are fully explained.
Delete: Deletes the selected Procedure Series or Instance. This function can also be accessed
through the Edit menu or by pressing the Delete key on the keyboard.

Select Today: Selects the current day in the Range Selector and displays it in the Calendar.

Select This Week: Selects the current week in the Range Selector and displays it in the Calendar.
Select This Month: Selects the current month in the Range Selector and displays it in the Calendar.
Refresh: Reloads the Scheduling information from the database. Useful if more than one
person at a time is working in Schedule Manager.
Filter by Role: Enables filtering of Procedure display based on Role.
Filter by Shift: Enables filtering of Shift display on the Calendar.
Crew Overlay: Shades sections of the Calendar corresponding to Crew assignments. Clicking the
drop-down indicator
section of the Crew Overlay icon will display a list of Crews from which to select.

Selecting a crew from this list will activate its crew overlay.
