"Asset Utilization" Report

This report lists each Asset currently associated with a Procedure. Each row in this report corresponds to an Asset and a Procedure; for example, if an Asset is associated with three Procedures, the Asset will be listed three times in this report.

The lower half of Procedure Auditor Plus can display the following information on each hit it finds.

Note: The following represents a complete list of columns and data available for this type of report, and some listed items may not appear by default. See Configure display appearance for information regarding enabling or disabling column display.

  • Asset – The name of the Asset listed (as specified in the Asset Manager or via the Asset Import and Export Wizard).

  • Asset Description – The description of the Asset listed (as specified in the Asset Manager or via the Asset Import and Export Wizard).

  • Base Name – The Base to which the listed Asset belongs.

  • Group Title – The title of the Task Group to which the Asset belongs (as specified in Procedure Builder).

  • Procedure Title – The title (as specified in Procedure Builder) of the Procedure to which the listed Asset is associated.
