Procedure details menu and toolbar

The following functions are available in the File menu:

  • Close: Closes the view of the current Procedure Instance, returning the user to the Auditor Plus main screen.

  • Delete: Deletes the Procedure Instance currently displayed.

  • Approve: Marks the currently displayed Procedure Instance as "Approved." Disabled if the Procedure Instance is already so marked.

  • Reject Approval: Removes the "Approved" mark from the currently displayed Procedure Instance. Disabled if the Procedure Instance is not so marked.

The following functions and mechanisms are available on the toolbar:

Close: Closes the view of the current Procedure Instance, returning the user to the Auditor Plus main screen.

Export to PDF: Produces PDF output similar to the Printing Procedure report (see Print Procedures) available through Procedure Scheduler and Procedure Builder, including mobile application user-entered values. After invoking this function, choose a location and filename to save.

Delete: Deletes the Procedure Instance currently displayed.

Approve: Marks the currently displayed Procedure Instance as "Approved." Disabled if the Procedure Instance is already so marked.

Reject Approval: Removes the "Approved" mark from the currently displayed Procedure Instance. Disabled if the Procedure Instance is not so marked.

Expand: Expands the Node currently selected in the Procedure Tree, and all of that Node’s collapsed Children.

Collapse: Collapses the Node currently selected in the Procedure Tree, and all of that Node’s expanded Children.

  • The Filter Selector, immediately to the right of the "Collapse" toolbar function, allows definition of a filter to affect the Filter Tree.

  • The text search box immediately to the right of the Filter Selector enables the user to search for a text string appearing in the Procedure (see Procedure Tree - Text search).
