If a Crew has been deleted, the Restore function available from the Edit menu to undo the deletion.

When executed, this function will display a window similar to the following example.

A list of deleted Crews appears, sorted alphabetically, displaying the Name, Description, and Rotation Period. Clicking on the "Name," "Description," or "Rotation Period" headers will toggle between ascending and descending sorting by the appropriate attribute.

  • Help: Opens the Help file to the section on Crew Setup.

  • OK: Restores the selected Crews to the list of active Crews.

  • Cancel: Cancels this operation, making no modification to the Crew list.

To Restore a single Crew, double-click its title, or left-click its title and then click OK.

To Restore multiple crews, hold down the SHIFT key while clicking to define a range, or hold down the CTRL key while clicking to pick individual Crews to add to the selection.

Note: If an existing Crew has the same name as one being Restored, the Restored crew’s name will be appended with a number in parentheses, as when creating new Crews whose names are already in use. For example, if a Crew with the name "Crew 1" already exists when attempting to Restore a Crew with the same name, the Restored Crew will be named "Crew 1 (1)." Likewise, if both "Crew 1" and "Crew 1 (1)" already exist, the Restored Crew will be named "Crew 1 (2).

Caution: Restored Crews once assigned to Shifts which no longer exist will have blank spaces inserted into their Shift Pattern where appropriate. Be sure to check the Shift Patterns, and Schedules, of any Restored Crews.
