There are four interfaces on this page:
-
The "Apply Filter" checkbox at the top is used to apply or remove the filter’s effects upon the list of Procedures. This checkbox serves the same purpose as the "Apply Filter" and "Remove Filter" functions accessible from the "Apply Filter" button’s drop-down, shown below.

-
The "Released," "Under Construction," and "Both" radio buttons are used to include only Procedures adhering to either, or to include both, status conditions.
-
The "Reset Filters" button will reset all Filter options on the current tab to their default settings.
-
The "Users," "Dates," and "Procedures" tabs display checkboxes that will apply or ignore the criteria specified within. Refer to the sections below for details regarding the criteria presented on each of these tabs.
-
The "OK" button will accept any changes made to the Advanced Filter since the last time it was opened.
-
The "Cancel" button will discard any changes made to the Advanced Filter since the last time it was opened.
Note: If the checkboxes on more than one tab are checked, the relationship between the filters on each is "AND." For example, if the Users tab looks for a "Last Modified By" for user "John Doe," and the Dates tab looks for a "Last Modified By" of "Last Two Weeks," then only those Procedures both last modified by "John Doe," and last modified within the last two weeks, are included.
