Run the Mobile Attachment Cleanup utility

Perform the following steps to identify and delete the files that are not associated with any Procedures.

Note: It is recommended to run this utility periodically.

Before You Begin:

  • Copy the "\Utilities\MobileAttachmentCleanup" folder and all of its contents from the installation media to the required location on the Server machine where the Services are running. The user running the utility must have the 'Modify' or 'Write' access on the mobile to server settings.

Steps:

  1. Launch the Mobile Attachment Cleanup utility by double-clicking the ‘MobileAttachmentCleanup.exe’ file.

    The Orphan Mobile Attachment Cleanup Utility window appears.

  2. In the Connection string, click the ellipsis button .

    The Select a database window appears.

  3. Provide the following details and click OK.

    • Server

    • Database

    • User name

    • Password

      The list of mobile attachments appears.

  4. Select the checkbox for attachments that needs to be deleted and click Delete.

    Note: Select the checkbox provided next to the File path to delete all the attachments.
