Indexes - Remove indexes and statistics prior to upgrade

This script will capture the Indexes and Statistics that are not owned by AVEVA Mobile Operator. These custom Indexes and Statistics will prevent you from upgrading to the current version of AVEVA Mobile Operator, and therefore you must fix these prior to the upgrade.

Resolution:

You must manually delete these Indexes and Statistics that are reported in the integrity report before upgrading.
