ResponseListItems - Duplicate sequence numbers

Provides a list of Response List items that contains duplicate sequence number.

When you drag-and-drop or cut-and-paste a Response List item across the groups, the Response List items might not appear in a correct order in the mobile application when you release the Procedure. This is because the items added in the group using the cut-and-paste or drag-and-drop method will contain a duplicate sequence number in the database. In such a scenario, you may have to manually fix the sequence number of the Response List items.

Resolution:

To manually fix the Response List items with duplicate sequence number, perform the following steps:

1. From the Response List items, select the Response List item that has a duplicate sequence number.

2. Drag and drop the Response List item to the last position within the same list.

3. Select the Response List item and drag-and-drop it to the required position in the Response List items.

   The duplication of the sequence number is fixed, and the Response List item contains a unique sequence number. You can now use this Response List/Status List in any Procedure.
