The toolbar provides quick access to functions in Production Analyst. The availability of buttons on the toolbar depends on the selected module.

Moves forward to the next view. |

Moves to the Home view. |

Refresh |
Refreshes the data in the current view. |

Auto Refresh |
Auto refreshes the data in the current view. You can pause the auto refresh by opening the drop-down arrow and click Pause Auto Refresh. |

Filter Records |
Opens the Filter Records dialog box. |

Insert Sample |
Opens the Add Record dialog box. |
|
|
Perform a Genealogy search |
Starts the Genealogy wizard. This button is for the Inventory module only. |

Show or hide the Grid Panel |
Shows or hides the grid panel. |
|

Show or hide the Chart Panel |
Shows or hides the chart panel. |
|
|
Show or hide the Gantt Panel |
Shows or hides the Gantt chart. This button is for Planning only. |

Show or hide the Preview Panel |
Shows or hides the preview panel. This button is for Knowledge only. |

Favorites |
A drop-down menu of options that relate to setting your favorites and home page. |

Save to My Favorites |
Saves the current view as a personal favorite. |

Save to Shared Favorites |
Saves the current view as a shared favorite. This option appears only if the current user has permissions to save shared favorites. |

Manage Shared Folder Access |
Permits managers to access the shared folder administration area. |
|
|
Set as My Home |
Saves the current view as the Home view. |
|
|
Tools menu |
Expands the Tools menu. |

|
Reset Window Layout |
Resets the window layout to its default setting. |

|
Help menu |
Opens/expands the Help file. |

About |
Displays software and product information. |
|
|
Notifications |
Opens and closes the Notification panel. |
