Maintenance Summary Chart options

Fields to Chart

Select one or more fields to include in the chart data.

Any numeric custom field.

Show Target

Specify whether the chart displays the target for each charted field.

True or False

Show Budget

Specify whether the chart displays the budget for each charted field.

True or False

Group By

Select the fields to group by. These fields display in the order set up by the DisplayOrder property of the field in Studio.

Custom fields where the FieldType property is ID, and the DataType property is String. Also, the Location standard field.

Analyze By

Select a second field to group by.

Any ID custom field, or the Location standard field.

Show

Specify whether the Analyze By grouping splits the chart into multiple panes or to chart the data together in one chart.

Together or Separately

Use Equipment Id

Specify whether the chart displays the Equipment ID or the full path on the x axis.
