List of Downtime standard fields

Downtime has the following standard fields.

Standard Field

Description

Active Within

The Active Within standard field contains a filter to query data for records that were active within a given time. This includes records with four different scenarios. The default display name in Production Analyst, which appears in the Filter Builder, is Sample Period.

Cause

The Cause standard field contains the second reason for creating of the Downtime event; Effect being the first reason. For example, if a conveyor stops because of a power outage, the Cause is the power outage, and the Effect is the stopped conveyor.

Cause Location

The Cause Location standard field contains the full name of the cause location of the Downtime event.

Cause Location Equipment Id

The CauseLocationEquipmentId standard field contains the equipment ID of the cause location.

Cause Location Equipment Type

The CauseLocationEquipmentType standard field contains the equipment type of the cause location.

Classification

The Classification standard field defines the category of causes. For example, if a conveyor stops because of a power outage, the Cause is the power outage, the Effect is the stopped conveyor, and the Cause belongs to Infrastructure Issue, which is the Classification.

Clipped Percentage

The ClippedPercentage standard field contains the percentage of the total event duration that falls within the period.

Comment

The Comment field contains any comments that are associated with the record.

Confirmed By

The ConfirmedBy standard field contains the name of the user who confirmed the record.

Confirmed Date Time

The ConfirmedDateTime field contains the date and time when the user confirmed the record.

Created By

The CreatedBy standard field contains the name of the creator of the record. If AVEVA™ Production Management created the record, the field does not contain a value.

Created Date Time

The CreatedDateTime standard field contains the creation date and time of the record.

Duration

The Duration standard field contains the duration of time that the record encompasses.

Effect

The Effect standard field contains the first reason for creating the Downtime event; Cause being the second reason. For example, if a conveyor stops because of a power outage, the Cause is the power outage, and the Effect is the stopped conveyor.

Effective Duration

The EffectiveDuration standard field contains the amount of real Downtime expressed as an amount of time; rather than PercentDowntime, which expresses the amount of real downtime as a percentage. This field is relevant when virtual downtime is captured.

End Date Time

The EndDateTime standard field contains the end date and time of the record.

Equipment Id

The EquipmentId standard field contains the equipment ID of the parent folder of the reporting point for the record.

Equipment Type

The EquipmentType standard field contains the associated equipment type for the location.

Event

The event or alarm from SCADA that triggered the Downtime event.

Explanation

An explanation of how the Downtime event was resolved.

Has Audit

The HasAudit standard field indicates whether an audit history is associated with a record.

Id

The Id standard field contains a unique ID that a database generated for the record.

Is Confirmed

The IsConfirmed standard field indicates whether the record is confirmed.

Is Clipped

The IsClipped standard field indicates whether the event data is truncated or clipped to the portion that falls within the filter.

Is Deleted

The IsDeleted standard field indicates whether the status of the record is deleted. AVEVA Production Management does not physically delete records; it marks the record with a flag to indicate a deleted record. You can filter deleted records from view, but they remain available in case you want to view them again.

Is Manual

The IsManual standard field indicates whether a user or AVEVA™ Production Management created the record.

Is Masked

The IsMasked standard field indicates whether the Downtime event is masked.

Is Split

The IsSplit standard field indicates whether a user or AVEVA™ Production Management split the Downtime event.

Is Virtual

The IsVirtual standard field indicates whether the Downtime event is a virtual downtime.

Last Modified

The LastModified standard field contains the time that the data was last modified. Last Modified is captured on non-system generated changes to custom and standard fields. This does not include Record creation and Confirmation as they have their own fields. System generated records will show the LastModified field as blank.

Last Modified By

The LastModifiedBy standard field shows the last AVEVA™ Production Management user to modify the record. Last Modified By is captured on non-system generated changes to custom and standard fields. This does not include Record creation and Confirmation as they have their own fields. System generated records will show the LastModifiedBy field as blank.

Location Identifier

The LocationIdentifier is a unique identifier for a reporting point from an external system. For example, a reporting point in SAP has an identifier. You enter the SAP identifier into the LocationIdentifier property so that AVEVA™ Production Management recognizes the SAP reporting point. The LocationIdentifier cannot be the same as any other LocationIdentifier or EquipmentIdentifier.

Masked By Id

The MaskedById standard field contains the ID of the downtime event doing the masking.

Object Id

The ObjectId standard field contains the full name of the reporting point for the record; for example, Plant.Area1.Process4.ProductionLine. The default display name for this field is Location.

Percent Downtime

The PercentDowntime standard field contains the amount of real Downtime expressed as a percentage; rather than EffectiveDuration, which expresses the amount of real downtime as an amount of time. This field is relevant when virtual downtime is captured.

Record Date Time

The RecordDateTime field is a creation timestamp provided by an external system to check that AVEVA™ Production Management recognizes the most up-to-date value for the record.

Start Date Time

The StartDateTime field contains the start date and time of the record.
