Add and configure an action

You can add an action to the project root folder or an Applications folder. It is common to group action items together under an Applications folder in the System Configuration folder, or at the top of a plant hierarchy.
To add an action

In Studio, right-click the project root folder or an Applications folder, point to Add Item, then point to Standard Items, then click Action. A new Action item appears.

Rename the action with a meaningful name.
