In addition to the default columns (Full Name, Parent, and Type ), you can configure additional columns for the Item Search panel.
Choose columns in Item Search panel

Right-click a column header and click Choose Columns.

The Choose columns dialog box appears.

Select any fields from the list. You can use the Search box to filter the list. When you're finished selecting the fields, click Apply.
If you want to restore the default column selection, click Reset columns and then click Apply. This closes the dialog box, and the new columns appear in the Project List, or back to the default columns, respectively.
Note: Some fields are currently not supported.
