GetRelatedLots

The GetRelatedLots method returns a list of related lots by defining a starting filter, and then further refining that search with a results filter. This method performs Genealogy searches.

Notes

The genealogy search finds lots that are related to one or more other lots.

• Starting Filter - Identifies the lots to find the related lots for. You can provide a number of filter options to restrict the starting lots to a useful list. From these starting lots, AVEVA™ Production Management discovers the related lots and places them into a result list. The entire result list is returned at this point, but you have the option to further filter the initial result list.

• Results Filter - When you have found the related lots, you may be interested in only a subset of them, such as those of a particular material or with a lot property of a certain value. You can apply a results filter to the initial results list to further refine the search query. However, the results filter is optional and not required.

Returns a list of related lots as determined with a starting and final filter.
