Add and configure a Tag Download Action

The Actions folder can contain two kinds of actions that Planning/Recipe can use to transfer data to destination locations.

• TagDownload - Downloads tags to a stored variable.

• RecipeDownload - Downloads recipes to a stored variable.

The Actions folder is empty when you first add a Planning reporting point. You can add as many Tag Download actions as you require.

Important: Be aware that when a Planning record transitions to the Active state, this triggers any configured Actions for the Planning reporting point.

To add a TagDownloadAction

1. Under the Planning reporting point, right-click the Actions folder, and click Add Tag Download. A new tag download item appears.

   

2. Rename the TagDownload with a meaningful name.

3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Tag Download Action properties.
