Add a Knowledge custom field

You can add custom Knowledge fields to the Fields folder of the Knowledge reporting point to specify additional Knowledge data for Knowledge to capture.

To add a Knowledge field

You can add as many custom fields to a Knowledge reporting point as a project requires.

1. In Studio, right-click the Fields folder under the relevant Knowledge reporting point, and then click Add Field. The new Knowledge field appears.

   

2. Rename the field with a meaningful name.

3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Knowledge custom field properties.
