Configure permission on Calendar item

Expand the System Configuration folder, then right-click the Calendar item, and click Permissions.

On the Permissions dialog box, clear the Use the same permissions as parent dialog box.

Click Add to add a security role and member of that role, where required.

Select a role and click Properties.

On the Definition tab, select the Add Record, View Record, and Delete Record operations.
