Create a support pack

You can create a zip pack of files to send to AVEVA Support. This provides AVEVA Support with the relevant information required to look into any issues you may have.

Support pack contents

The Support zip pack contains the following files:

• HealthCheckSummary.xml - The results of performing a health check with the Health Management tool.

• AmplaConfigFileInformationLogger - Makes a copy of relevant configuration files from the AVEVA™ Production Management install location.

• AmplaInformationLogger - Includes active session and license information.

• AmplaProjectExporter - Contains the project configuration xml.

• PerformanceCounterLogger - Contains the last seven days of performance counter log files.

• SystemInformationLogger - Contains system information such as memory, processor, and computer system details.
