CreateSession

The CreateSession method authenticates a set of credentials and, if matched to an AVEVA™ Production Management user, creates an AVEVA Production Management session for that user.

This method is used for optimization purposes when you want to reuse an AVEVA Production Management user for a number of operations against the Web Services. This removes the step of implicit logins and leads to improved performance on repetitive operations.
