Refer to the following tables for the key configuration properties of User group.

AutoRefreshData

Specifies whether or not the client should auto refresh the data. The user has the ability to pause the auto refresh feature. When False, the user will need to manually refresh data in the client software.

AutoRefreshPeriod

This property appears when the value of AutoRefreshData is True. Specifies the amount of time between the auto-refresh of data.

CanViewChart

Specifies whether the user can see charts in the client.

CanViewFilter

Specifies whether the user can view the filter panel in the client.

CanViewFolderSelector

Specifies whether the user can see the folder selector in the client.

DefaultPeriod

Determines which period the system should use as the default. It is used in filters.

Determines the periods that the system displays to the user. It is used in filters.

Hierarchies

A list of hierarchies the user is able to see in the client.

You can assign parts of the plant hierarchy to users and therefore limit what they can see in the client. The list is comma separated; for example, Enterprise,Material Model,Personnel Model.

Holds the amount of history to keep for the user.

Maintenance properties

This property is specific to the Maintenance module, and it appears in the Properties pane to define users after you have populated the work order table fields for the Maintenance module. It is a unique identifier that defines the originator ID that appears on the work order request and identifies the person who initiates the request.

As defined by the DataType property of the originator field of the work order table.
