About Metrics

Metrics aggregates data from other modules to calculate real-time Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results that accurately reflect the status and trend of production. KPIs focus on efficiency and effectiveness in production. Digital dashboards present the KPIs to management (and stakeholders) with a variety of dials, graphs, and indicators to suit the requirements of each user.

Metrics shows instantaneous measures such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Yield, and Energy Consumption per Output Unit. Additionally, Metrics can show the trend of these measures over time so that you can gauge the effect of improvement initiatives or operational changes.

You can use Metrics to do the following:

• View real-time current and past Production data in visual dashboards.

• View real-time business metrics such as Availability, OEE, or Yield in dashboards.
