Work in the Results grid

The Results grid in Production Analyst displays the current view of data. The selections you make in the navigation hierarchy, and the module view selector will change the data that appears in the Results grid. The green bar across the top displays your current location in the project hierarchy.

The Results grid displays data results from the combination of current view selections, including:

The available options that you can perform in the grid depend on selected module and configuration.

Filtering data

The parameters in the Filter Records dialog box will filter the data results that appear in the Results grid. See Filter data in the Results grid.

Note If you are not seeing results in the grid, it could be because no records meet the current filter. Change the current filter to include more records.

Change columns

You can drag and drop columns to reorder. You can also select or deselect fields to include as columns in the Results grid. See Change columns in the Results grid.

Grouping data

You can group the data results in the Results grid by column header. See Group data in the Results grid.

Copying and duplicating data

You can copy and paste the contents of cells in the Results grid when conditions allow this operation.

Some record types allow record duplication. You can duplicate the contents of a record in the Results grid and use the contents of that record as basis for a new record.

Deleting and undeleting data

Deleting a record does not remove it from the AVEVA Production Management database. The record is marked as deleted and AVEVA Production Management does not include the record in any calculations or reporting.
