Add and configure a time weighted average variable

You can add time weighted average variables to an Applications folder.

To add a time weighted average variable

1. Right-click an Applications folder, point to Add Item, then Variables, and then select Time Weighted Average Variable. A new TimeWeightedAverageVariable item appears.

   

2. Rename the time weighted average variable. This is the name that refers to the time weighted average variable within the project.

3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Time weighted average variable properties.

4. Add a capture condition.
