Add and configure an AVEVA connector group

You can add multiple groups to a data source. However, you must add at least one group to a data source.

Prerequisites

Before you add a group, add and configure first the data source.

To add an AVEVA group

1. In the Project Explorer, right-click the data source, and then click Add Group. The Group item appears.

   

2. Rename the item with a meaningful name.

3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see AVEVA connector group properties.

4. Add and configure an AVEVA variable.
