Test the upgraded project in the test environment to verify that the following key points are addressed:

Components of the configuration successfully upgraded and work correctly in the new version.

Miscellaneous configuration is upgraded in line with the new version. For example, users, applications folders (equipment types, relationship matrixes), period definitions and so on.

Client-side applications work correctly.

Data repository is upgraded correctly with the project configuration.

Data repository is not unduly affected by the upgrade.

The project validates.
-
Go through the upgrade report and resolve any anomalies.
When you successfully test the upgraded project in the test environment, you are ready to migrate the project to the new production environment.
