You can use a survey result to change the balance of a lot, lot group, or mixed equipment to reflect the result of a survey. You add a survey result through web services with the SubmitData method, through the Service Bus, or in the Inventory Corrections Panel. AVEVA™ Production Management uses the survey result to automatically calculate adjustments so that the balance of the lot, lot group, or mixed equipment is equal to the balance of the survey result.
