Guidelines for the certificate

The AVEVA Production Management web service is an intranet application, so the certificate can be issued by a DC of the domain where the application is installed.
To enable different types of the following URLs, the certificate should have "Subject Alternative Names" (MachineName, MachineName.DomainName.Com, localhost).
