Add an equipment usage record

You can add an equipment usage record manually. An equipment usage record collects data about the operation and maintenance of a piece of equipment.

To add an equipment usage record

  1. Switch to the Maintenance module.

  2. In the View Selection pane, click Standard View.

  3. On the Standard toolbar, click the Insert a manual sample button. The Add Maintenance Record dialog box appears.

  4. Fill in the details, and then select Add.
