Frequently Used Pins

The Frequently Used pins list of the Quick Complete feature is auto-generated. The suggestions are based on the most frequently used combinations of Cause, Cause location, Classification, and Effect for the reporting point associated with the record. The top five most often used combinations to classify the Downtime record appear in the Frequently Used list of suggestions.

Shows percentages

The percentage indicates the percentage of records with a particular combination (Cause, Cause Location, Classification, optionally Effect) for that reporting point for the particular time window.
