Automated record creation by service account

When you upgrade from a previous version to version 9.0.0, the value of the Created By field for an automatically created record in workflows such as P2B, Metrics, or automated record capture, shows the actual user details of the service account, which may differ from the previously recorded value of a service account running as an Administrator.
