Standard fields in the grid

Note Some standard fields may display in the results grid by default, and some may need to be configured to display.

This table lists the standard fields that appear in the Planning Analysis view results grid. Fields that are filterable appear in the Filter records dialog box.

Description

Deleted

Indicates whether the status of the record is Deleted. AVEVA Production Management does not physically delete records; it marks the record with a flag to indicate a deleted record. You can filter deleted records from view, but they remain available in case you want to view them again.

LastModified

The last time the data was modified.

Planned Start Time

The date and time that the record is planned to start.

Planned End Time

The date and time that the record is planned to end.

Planned Duration

The planned duration for a Planning event. For example, if the planned start time is 12:00 am and the planned end time is 8:00 am, then the planned duration is 8 hours. This field is populated only when there is a Planned End Time.

Actual Start Time

The date and time that the record actually started.

Actual End Time

The date and time that the record actually ended.

Actual Duration

The actual duration for a Planning event. For example, if the planned start time is 12:00 am and the planned end time is 8:00 am, then the planned duration is 8 hours. However, if the planned activity ends at 8:30 am, then the actual duration is 8.5 hours. This field is populated only when there is an Actual End Time.

Activity Id

A unique identifier for a planned activity such as scheduled maintenance, scheduled production orders, or scheduled standby periods. The identifier originates in the Business Planning and Logistics system.

ParentActivityId

Plans can be hierarchical, such as a plan may belong to a parent plan, and that plan may have a parent plan. Each plan has an activity ID. The ParentActivityId is the Activity ID of the plan that has a parent relationship to the current plan.

State

The workflow state that the record is in; for example, the workflow states may be Available, Active, or Closed.

Sample Period

The selected period of time for sample data.

Location Identifier

The unique identifier for the reporting point from an external system.

Operations Definition

An operations definition specifies the resources required to perform an operation.

Operations Segment

An operation segment defines a portion of an operation process.

Last Modified By

The Ampla User name of the last person to modify record.
