-

What can you use diary and documents for?
Some possible uses of the diary and documents include:
-
Operators can log their observations of incidents that affect production.
-
Business managers can study firsthand accounts of incidents that staff observe, including incidents that other modules don’t automatically record.
-
Maintenance crews can record notes for operators, supervisors, and managers.
-
Quality Assurance managers can make operating procedures available to staff, and then use the diary to monitor the use of procedures.
-
Staff can immediately find schematics, diagrams, procedures, and instructions that are relevant to their areas.
-
Staff can refer to historical records for previously successful solutions to problems.
