Standard fields in the grid

Note Some standard fields may display in the results grid by default, and some may need to be configured to display.
The Balance By Lot view has the following standard fields.

The date and time of the sample data. |

The currently selected location in the plant hierarchy. |

Material |
|
The substances that the plant uses and produces: raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods. |

Material Identifier |
|
The unique identifier from an external system for the material. |
|
Material Class |
|
The material class to which the material belongs. |
|
Material Class Identifier |
|
The unique identifier from an external system for the material class to which the material belongs. |
|
Lot |
|
A uniquely identifiable amount of material. |
|
Sample Identifier |
|
The identifier for the movement that AVEVA Production Management matches with the unique RecordIdentifier field on a Quality record. |
|
Balance |
|
The calculated balance of material for this movement. |
|
Units |
The unit of measure for the quantity of material. |
|
|
Comments |
Any comments on record about the material movement. |
|
|
Location Identifier |
|
The unique identifier for the location from an external system. |
|
IsDebtLot |
|
Specifies that this lot is a debt lot. A debt lot has a negative balance and must be repaid. |
