Process Quality captures key process-related data that can affect quality, so that you can measure and compare against set targets and specifications.

How does AVEVA Production Management collect Process Quality data?
AVEVA™ Production Management calculates process quality data through the use of the following elements:

A Quality reporting point collects process-related quality data. |
|
|
A capture condition defines the condition that occurs to initiate a data capture. You can base a condition on period definitions (for example, per Day or per Shift) or on time events (for example, every 15 minutes, or every week). |

|
A Quality field defines what data to record. The properties of a field establish criteria such as the type of product (for example, Input, Consumable), whether the data value is a quantity, and whether to accumulate the quantity. |

|
A threshold range item defines the out-of-specification limits for field data. You can associate labels and colors with data ranges. |
