Add and configure a Downtime mask

You can configure a Downtime reporting points so that if another Downtime reporting point is currently recording the same Downtime event, data from both points is not seen, since it is a duplication of the same event. Therefore, the data captured by one of the points is hidden or masked.

To add a Downtime mask

1. In Studio, right-click a Downtime reporting point and select Add Mask. A new Downtime mask item appears.

   

2. Rename the mask with a meaningful name.

3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Downtime masks properties.
