Add and configure a Lot reporting point

You can add a Lot reporting point to a Site folder, Area folder, or any piece of equipment that has a lot behavior of Selective, LIFO, FIFO or WeightedAverage.

Note: You can add a Lot reporting point to work units, as well as work centers.

To add a Lot reporting point

1. In Studio, right-click a Site folder, Area folder, work center, or work unit and point to Add Item, then Reporting Points, then select Lot. A new Lot reporting point appears.

   

2. Give the reporting point a meaningful name.

3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Lot reporting point properties.
