Add and configure an interpolated variable

You can add interpolated variables to an Applications, Enterprise, or Site folder.

To add an interpolated variable

1. Right-click the Application, Enterprise or Site folder to which you want to add an interpolated variable, point to Add Item, point to Variables, then click Interpolated Variable. A new Interpolated variable appears.

   

2. Rename the interpolated variable. This is the name that refers to the interpolated variable from elsewhere in the project.

3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Interpolated variable properties.
