Add and configure a product lookup list

A product lookup list links to a product group. Each product in the group displays as a menu item in the drop-down selection list .

Tip: Lookup lists are a way to populate menu options that appear as drop-down menu items in the Details dialog box.

Add a product lookup list

You can add as many product lookup lists as you require.

  1. In Studio, expand the System Configuration folder, right-click Lookup Lists , then click Add Product Lookup List. A new item called Product Lookup ListItem appears.

  2. Give the lookup list a meaningful name.

  3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Product lookup list properties.
