Export a project with AmplaUtil

Export a project using an AmplaUtil command. Before you perform this task, stop the Ampla service.

To export a project with AmplaUtil

1. On your computer, click Start, and in the Run box, type cmd.exe to start the command prompt.

2. Navigate to the AVEVA Production Management installation directory. For example: C:\Program Files\AVEVA\AVEVA Production Management.

3. Type the following:

   amplautil /export /databasename:<PROJECTNAME> <FILENAME>

   Note: The FILENAME must be the fully qualified path name, enclosed in double quotation marks (") if it contains spaces anywhere in the name.
