Test a Database2RuntimeData integration

Perform testing in a controlled environment. The following are some steps that you can do to test an integration.

1. Add one record to the external database table and manually run the integration.

2. Check the diagnostics and the results in AVEVA™ Production Management.

3. Try more records between each manual integration, and test different values for the inputs.

4. Try to run it with the Trigger Expression enabled.

5. When this is running fine, move onto the next integration.

Diagnose integration issues

Use the Diagnostics website to see which integrations has passed and obtain more information.

Run the integration item manually

6. Disable the TriggerExpression property.

7. Right-click the integration item, and click Run Integration Now.
