Add and configure a Downtime capture condition

A Downtime capture condition contains an expression that defines when a Downtime reporting point records information. A single reporting point can have multiple conditions and each condition can be either a real downtime capture condition or a virtual capture condition.

To add a Downtime capture condition

1. In Studio, right-click the relevant Downtime reporting point and select Add 'Capture' Condition. A new condition item appears.

   

2. Rename the condition with a meaningful name.

3. Configure the properties. For guidance in configuring the properties, see Downtime capture condition properties.
