Navigate by Product

Selecting the Product option offers a product-centric view instead of an equipment centric-view. This option is available only when Products are configured in AVEVA Production Management.

You might choose to navigate by Product when you want to see a product-centric view. Perhaps you want to focus on records in modules that are linked to a selected product.

To navigate by Product

1. In the Location panel, click Navigation Mode.

2. Select Product from the list.

   

   As a result of selecting the Product filter:

   • The product hierarchy displays. The hierarchy shows every location in the hierarchy for which the user has security privileges to see.

   • After you select a product, the software filters records in the grid view by the Product column.
