Display the Balance By Lot Over Time view

The Balance By Lot Over Timeview displays the current balance at work centers or work units grouped by Lot.

• The results grid shows Inventory records for the selected location in the plant hierarchy. You can specify the grouping of these records.

• In the Charts pane, you can view a line chart of the material balances over time.

• The Balance by Lot Over Time view includes custom columns that display Contributor information.

• The Balance By Lot Over Time view accepts work centers and work units for source or destination equipment locations.

  Important: The Balance By Lot Over Time view reports on the last known value for a lot even when no new activity occurs within the Sample Period filter.

To display the Balance by Lot Over Time view

The location that you select and the filters that you apply determine the data that displays in the grid and charts.

1. Switch to the Inventory module.

2. In the Location hierarchy, select the equipment to view the associated Inventory records in the results grid and the Chart panel.

3. In the View Selection pane, click Balance By Lot Over Time.

   

View Quality Moving Forward data

If custom Quality fields contain values, and the quality is set to move forward through the equipment, then the custom Quality fields also display in the Balance by Lot Over Time view of the destination equipment. In this view, the values are read-only.
