Requirements for OPC integrations

OPC Core Components

OPC Core Components are required for an OPC HDA or an OPC DA connector.

The OPC Core Components Redistributable (x64) package is included the AVEVA™ Production Management installation.

• Version 3.0.107.24

OPC-HDA Historian

These are the software requirements for an OPC-HDA integration:

• An OPC Historical Data Access server with OPC HDA Specification 1.1 or greater.

OPC-DA Data

These are the software requirements for an OPC-DA integration:

• An OPC Data Access v2.0-compliant server.

• Verify that the OPC server is installed as a service rather than a WinForms application.
