Enable the AMQP 1​.0 plugin

1. Open the Command window and change to the following directory.

   c:\Program Files\RabbitMQ Server\rabbitmq_server-3.6.10\sbin>

2. Run this command:

   rabbitmq-plugins enable rabbitmq_amqp1_0
