IIS configuration when HTTPS option is used in installation

Two configurations are modified in the AVEVA Production Management installation.

• A new binding for HTTPS communication is added.

  

• A new URL Rewrite is created that enables backward compatibility.

  The insecure HTTP binding configuration is left to enable backward compatibility of the HTTP URLs. Those requests are eventually redirected to HTTPS.
