Display the Material Quality view

The Material Quality view displays material quality records after processing has occurred. You can view material quality requests before processing has occurred in the Quality Events view.

• The Material Quality view shows quality data that AVEVA Production Management automatically records, and records that authorized users add manually.

• The Material Quality view is read-only.

• The primary purpose is to view custom quality fields. This include custom fields for both automatic and manual records.

• The Material Quality view has a Line chart, Summary chart, Frequency Distribution chart, R chart, and X-bar chart.

A quality event is a request for an Material Quality or Calculated Quality operation to occur. AVEVA Production Management stores all original quality requests, which are later processed into quality records. You can view quality events in the Quality Events view before processing the requests. After processing, the processed records appear in the Material Quality view.

To display the Material Quality view

1. Navigate to the location of interest in the project hierarchy.

   

2. In the Module Selection pane, select the Quality module.

   

3. Under View, click the drop-down arrow to see the menu, and select Material Quality.
