The Master Data functionality enables your operations to have a good practice approach to access your master data source and integrate configurations directly from process controls and historians to the MES layer. The ability of AVEVA™ Production Management to automatically integrate configuration data and consistently manage changes provides that reliable and rich data is collected and reflected in your business reports and KPIs.
With its interoperability to B2MML, AVEVA™ Production Management automatically schedules configuration with any ISA-95/88 compatible master data source. The frequency of scheduling is customizable and can be set to meet business requirements ranging from daily to monthly. AVEVA™ Production Management consistently receives up-to-date configuration data and provides that recent equipment data across your operation is captured. Furthermore, AVEVA™ Production Management provides an integrated facility to manage and resolve conflicts. Conflicts are identified and can either be automatically or manually resolved. Automated notifications can be configured to alert administrators as soon as conflicts are detected.
