Copy Users and Teams

To copy a team or a user, click Teams or Users on the Manage tab as appropriate. Then, in the Teams or the Users window, select the user or team to copy and click Copy.
Users
In the Copy User window, specify a name for the new user in the To User field.
Specify a password, description and alias for the new user and select a security type (General or Free).
Note:
The new user will automatically be a member of the same teams as the original user.
Teams
In the Copy Team window, specify a name in the To Team field, and Description for the team.
(Optional), select one or more of these options:

Include Users
Adds all users of the original team to the copy. -
Include Disciplines
Adds all the disciplines of the original team to the copy. -
Include Databases
Adds all the databases owned by the original team to the copy.
